Did you know that Courts do not acknowledge Affidavits lodged by individuals and if they do the Affidavit is lost in the system?
I wonder how many cases around Australia where Magistrates / Judges:-
Refuse to accept evidence of individuals representing themselves because they are not Lawyers ?
Openly state that they will not read the Affidavit as it is not considered evidence ?
After refusing to read the Affidavit ask the individual if they would agree to be cross-examined on the contents of the Affidavit ?
Making decisions on cases that are currently the subject of investigations ?
Ignore evidence of widespread malfeasance, conflicts of interest, corruption, public safety failures, breaches of privacy and potential breaches of Foreign Interference Laws ?
Aiding lawyers in their quest to force individuals to enter into contract with lawyers representing corporations
Ignore lawyers acting unethically and unlawfully entering “GUILTY' pleas on behalf of individuals being prosecuted on behalf of the lawyers corporate client.
Refuse to provide transcript of court cases.
Threaten to arrest individuals for standing up and refusing to be used as a "STRAWMAN"
Impose unlawful fines / payment of legal fees in order to conceal both legal and corporate corruption.
It’s time that Australians WAKE UP and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and make the legal profession and the judiciary accountable !
